At Diamo Paint, we aim to deliver every order safely, quickly, and with full transparency. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how your order is processed and delivered.

📦 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom Diamond Painting Kits may require an additional 2–4 business days for artwork preparation and printing.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

🚚 Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary by location:

  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days

  • United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days

  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.

🌍 International Shipping

We ship to most international destinations.
Please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your local laws.

  • These charges are not included in your order total and are the buyer’s responsibility.

📦 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking may take 1–3 business days to update after dispatch.

🚫 Wrong Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we cannot modify it.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

📬 Lost / Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or not delivered:

  • Contact us at support@diamopaint.com with your order number.

  • We will assist you in tracing or replacing your item whenever possible.

Please allow extra time during holidays or unexpected global delays.

↩️ Returns & Refunds for Shipping

For items damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage.
