Return & Refund Policy

At Diamo Paint, we want every customer to feel confident and satisfied with their purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


🛍️ Returns

Because our products are made to order and include custom kits, we do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The item arrived damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You received the wrong item

For eligible returns, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.


💡 Custom Orders

Custom Diamond Painting Kits (created from your uploaded photo) cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
This is because each custom kit is created uniquely for you.


📷 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrived damaged, incomplete, or not as described:

  1. Email us at support@diamopaint.com

  2. Include your order number

  3. Attach clear photos or videos showing the issue

We will respond within 24–48 hours and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.


↩️ Replacements

We will send a free replacement if:

  • The package arrives damaged

  • The canvas, drills, pen, or tools are faulty

  • You received missing diamonds or incorrect colors

  • The wrong product was shipped

Replacements are shipped at no extra cost.


💸 Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

  • A replacement cannot be provided

  • The product is out of stock

  • The item is proven defective

  • The item never arrived due to shipping issues that we confirm

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–7 business days for your bank to process the refund.


❌ Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom Diamond Paintings

  • Items returned without contacting us first

  • Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

  • Items damaged by improper use or handling


📦 Return Shipping Costs

If a return is approved:

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the product is defective.

  • For damaged/defective items, we cover all return or replacement shipping fees.
